Deacon Robert Collins is a permanent deacon of the Rockford Diocese. Ordained in 2020, he serves as the O.C.I.A coordinator at St. Rita Catholic Church in Rockford, Illinois. He is dedicated to his ministry, providing spiritual guidance and support to the community with compassion and faith.
